The Homeopathic consultation is an interesting and worthwhile journey in itself. Your Homeopath will want to know very specific details about your current health issues, past illnesses, family history as well as general eating and sleeping patterns. The aim is to identify the Homeopathic remedy, which is most suitable, for the particular illness and also for you as an individual person.

You will be talking about your personal interests, what makes you happy or stressed, which events or situations are having an impact on you. The Homeopath’s aim is to form a picture of your nature and the parts that are unique to you.

What can I expect from the treatment?

 As soon as the Homeopathic remedy is taken the healing process in the body will begin. Initially there may be an aggravation of current or old symptoms.

You will experience a sense of wellbeing, energy and calmness as treatment goes on and your presenting symptoms gradually get better.

Homeopathy is a natural holistic treatment, which means the body does its own healing which has a lasting effect. The Homeopathic remedies initiate and support this process until the body finds its own balance and can function normally again.

 

How many visits do I need?

With health problems that have been going on over several months or years you will need monthly visits for 3-6months. Your progress will be monitored and remedies and potencies may need changing over time.
